Build in VOICEX with your own Claude Code or Codex
Connect the coding agent you already pay for, then build by asking it. Your plan does the thinking; VOICEX holds the canvas, every editor, your library and every version, so your credits go further and nothing gets lost in a chat.
Already signed in? Integrations has the same commands and shows the agents you have connected.
How it works
Your agent thinks. VOICEX keeps the work.
You ask
In Claude Code or Codex, in a terminal, an IDE or the desktop app: “Make a 6-slide pitch deck in VOICEX for my gym.”
The VOICEX tools do it
A small package runs on your computer. It turns the request into VOICEX's own design or 3D operations, checks the result and sends only the change, signed in as you.
It's in your studio
The deck, site, doc or scene appears in VOICEX with the change saved as a version. Open it, finish it by hand, present it or publish it.
Set up
About a minute, once
You need a VOICEX account, Claude Code (from Anthropic) or Codex (from OpenAI), and Node.js 20 or newer (nodejs.org). Nothing else to install.
Claude Code
Add VOICEX
Paste this into a terminal. It works in every folder and every Claude Code window from then on.
claude mcp add --scope user voicex -- npx -y https://voicex.social/mcp/voicex-mcp-0.1.1.tgzStart Claude Code and say “Connect to VOICEX”
VOICEX opens in your browser. Sign in if you need to and press Approve. Claude Code is connected.
Connect to VOICEXCheck it
Ask which account it is using. It answers with your VOICEX account and what it can make.
Which VOICEX account am I connected to?
Codex
Add VOICEX
Paste this into a terminal once.
codex mcp add voicex -- npx -y https://voicex.social/mcp/voicex-mcp-0.1.1.tgzPrefer the config file? Add this to ~/.codex/config.toml
[mcp_servers.voicex] command = "npx" args = ["-y", "https://voicex.social/mcp/voicex-mcp-0.1.1.tgz"]Start Codex and say “Connect to VOICEX”
VOICEX opens in your browser. Press Approve, and Codex is connected.

Sign in from a terminal instead
If your agent can't open a browser for you, run this, approve in the browser it opens, then start your agent.
npx -y https://voicex.social/mcp/voicex-mcp-0.1.1.tgz loginNo browser at all (Codex Cloud, CI, a server)
Make a token on the Integrations page and give it to the agent as the environment variable VOICEX_TOKEN. It is shown once: treat it like a password.
What your agent can do
Fourteen tools, twelve kinds of project
Connect and look
- sign_in
- Opens VOICEX in your browser to approve this computer.
- whoami
- Which account it is connected to, and what it can make.
- get_guide
- How to build in VOICEX: kinds, units and conventions.
- list_projects
- Your projects, newest first, with links.
- get_project
- Reads one project, or just the part it needs.
- outline_pages
- A readable outline of a deck, site, post or email.
Make and change
- create_project
- A new project of any kind, blank or filled in.
- edit_pages
- Adds, replaces and restyles pages with VOICEX's own design operations.
- edit_scene
- Adds, moves, combines and animates parts of a 3D scene, like the 3D AI Builder.
- update_project
- Any other precise change, as a small patch.
- replace_document
- A whole rewrite, when that is simpler.
- get_schema
- The exact fields of a kind, when it needs them.
Undo
- list_versions
- The versions kept before each of its changes (up to 30).
- revert_to_version
- Puts one back, keeping the current state too.

What VOICEX adds
More than a chat can hold
Every editor to finish by hand
What your agent makes opens in the same editors as everything else: the 3D editor, Presentations, Websites, Docs, Sheets and the rest, with AI Builder beside each one.
Your work in one place
Agent-made projects sit in your VOICEX account next to your recordings, videos, images, audio and each brand's kit, not in a chat history you have to scroll back through.
Versions you can go back to
Before each change the agent makes, VOICEX keeps the previous state: the last 30 per project. Ask your agent to undo, or go back to any of them.
Design memory
VOICEX keeps playbooks of what works for each kind of piece. Its own AI Builder reads them every time it builds, and they improve, after review, from the builds people rate. Your agent works from VOICEX's guide and the same design operations.
Good to know
Questions
- What does it cost?
- No AI costs in VOICEX. The thinking happens in Claude Code or Codex, on the Claude or ChatGPT plan you already pay for, and VOICEX makes no AI calls for it, so nothing is added to your AI at cost. You need a VOICEX account to keep the projects: £29 a month (or £290 a year) for the studio, after fourteen days free. AI you use inside VOICEX itself, such as transcription or AI Builder, is billed at exactly what Claude, ElevenLabs and OpenAI charge us, no mark-up, and you can set a monthly cap and see every cost on the Billing page.
- Why does it make my credits go further?
- Your agent doesn't have to write whole documents. The package turns its requests into VOICEX's own design and 3D operations on your computer, checks them, and sends only the change. The model spends its tokens on deciding what to make, not on writing out every coordinate and colour.
- What can it see?
- Only your projects of the kinds listed on this page, and only from computers you approve. Not your recordings, billing, brand accounts or anyone else's work.
- Can it publish or post for me?
- No. It cannot share, post or send anything. If a website or design is already shared, its link shows the agent's changes as it shows yours.
- Can I edit while it works?
- Yes, but not the same project at the same moment. If you save first, the agent re-reads your version and adds its change on top. An editor that is already open doesn't pick up the agent's changes yet, so reload the project before you carry on editing it.
- Where do I see the versions?
- Through your agent for now: ask it to list the versions of a project or to go back to one. There is no version list inside the VOICEX editors yet.
- Which kinds can't it work on yet?
- Video timelines, brand kits, events, funnels, the image library and 3D scans. They each live elsewhere in VOICEX and get their own connection later.
- How do I stop it?
- Press Disconnect on the Integrations page. It stops at once, on every computer that used it. The changes it already made stay, with their versions.
Your plan for the thinking. VOICEX for the work.
Fourteen days free. Connect Claude Code or Codex from Integrations once you are in.
