VOICEX turns your voice recordings into videos, images and posts. This page says what we keep to do that, who helps us, and how to have it removed. VOICEX is run by Terraform Studio in the United Kingdom; write to hello@voicex.social with any question.

What we keep

What we use it for

Only to run VOICEX for you: to transcribe and write about your recordings, render what you ask for, post it where and when you choose, bill your plan and keep the service working. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not post anywhere you have not told us to.

Who helps us

Each receives only what it needs for its part, under its own terms.

Social platforms

For a connected account VOICEX reads its name and picture and publishes the videos, images and captions you choose. It does not read your messages, followers or other posts. Disconnect any account in Share › Accounts and its tokens are deleted at once; you can also remove VOICEX's access from the platform's own settings.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. Delete a recording or an export and its files go with it. Close your account by writing to us and everything is deleted within 30 days, apart from billing records the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Write to hello@voicex.social.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything material is said in the app first.
