Terms of service

Last updated 1 October 2026

These terms are between you and Terraform Studio, which runs VOICEX in the United Kingdom. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@voicex.social.

The service

VOICEX turns your recordings into videos, images and written posts, and can publish them to accounts you connect. It uses AI, so what it writes and makes can be wrong: read it before you post it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live, and at least 16.

Your content

What you record, upload and make stays yours. You give us the right to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run VOICEX for you, including sending it to the AI services and the platforms you choose. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload and that what you publish through VOICEX follows the law and each platform's own rules.

Connected platforms

Posting to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok or X happens under that platform's terms as well as these. We are not responsible for a platform refusing, removing or limiting a post, or changing what it allows.

Plans and payment

VOICEX Pro is billed through Stripe at the price shown when you subscribe, after any free trial. It renews until you cancel, which you can do at any time from Billing; you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.

Fair use

Do not use VOICEX to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to impersonate others, to send spam, or to overload or probe the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Our liability

We work to keep VOICEX running and your work safe, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using VOICEX and close your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice. What happens to your data then is in the privacy policy.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when, and material changes are announced in the app first. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
